JOX is a process automation Tool. JOX takes over the control of IT - operations, which are characterized by costly and/or complex process chains. The automation can take place directly for existing processes or within projects, which we accomplish in co-operation with the customers.

In both cases we provide with JOX apart from a comprehensive documentation of all realised work procedures for an automated, logically and temporally co-ordinated execution of all individual processes and applications. The transition of the manual execution of different IT processes to part or fully automated process chain takes place without restriction of production.

JOX was developed in the context of a project for process automation of the billing environment of Talkline GmbH (s. Success Story); it is used since then in further projects and extended constantly as well as if necessary.
